Unfortunately, the NCAA rules prohibit any high school athlete from receiving free or reduced admission to camp. This event will follow all NCAA rules. While we are not an NCAA program, there will be NCAA coaches there and we must follow those rules. Therefore, discounts and scholarships are not available. Yes. All of our coaches have confirmed with us, in writing, that they will attend. Should their schedules change we will attempt to replace them with a coach from the same program. You should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of your event or session. The most up to date schedule can be found at: https://women.collegebasketballprospects.com/. Once there, you will need to click on the event that you have registered for to see the schedule.
We closely monitor the weather leading up to the event as well as the day of the event. Should there be any weather related changes to the schedule, we will inform you via email, text message and on the event website. Yes. You are welcomed to take pictures and videos at any time as long as it does not interfere with the coaches and players. For safety reasons we also ask that you do not put yourself in the way of active players, hit or thrown balls or any other objects that may endanger you or the participants. Yes. We often have partnerships with local hotels. We will send an email to all participants with the host hotel. We will also add the hotel information to the specific camp’s website. Staying at the host hotel is not required. It is a service we provide for the convenience of the families participating in our event. All registrants for the event will be provided more detailed information leading up to the event. We always recommend attendees obey all posted parking restrictions and signage while on site. While water is generally available for events, we highly encourage each registered player to bring their own water and/or sports drinks. To avoid large gatherings of players where possible we are not providing a common water area.
